my butt hurts

I rode 6 miles on my bike last night. Took about 3 and and half hours. How many pounds do you think I lost? I am thinking 3 or so?

Um, I don't think you'd lose that amount of weight from just cycling for 3.5 hours. What about your diet etc?

hahah I should have been more clearer. I was riding thru the city, like right downtown, so it was alot of stop & go too.
Yea I guess I don't loose much, which don't matter anyway, cause weightloss is not important to me. I just thought about it if it did loose any pounds from my voyage.

I think I cycle at 30 km/h on the stationary. Is that good/bad? Oh, I guess you can't grade it though, what with all the different measurements of resistance on different bikes....

it takes people a llooooong time for most people to figure that out. and some people still dont relize it. they are like i have a bike in my living room. it helps me.
