my butt hurts
I rode 6 miles on my bike last night. Took about 3 and and half hours. How many pounds do you think I lost? I am thinking 3 or so?

Um, I don't think you'd lose that amount of weight from just cycling for 3.5 hours. What about your diet etc?

Did you stop and take a nap during? You realize you were going less than 2 mph, which is slower than most people walk.
