| | | unless youre extremely overweight to begin with, its not very possible to lose that much without going to extreme measures, which no one in their right mind would recommend.
how come it has to be asap? if youre willing to do it slower, i can surely help you out.
and in general, weight loss that based soley on diet isnt a very good idea either. there's got to be exercise involved. |

even with any healthy weight loss, some minor muscle tissue loss happens, you have to offset this with weight training. and hopefully also increase the amount of active tissue as well.
what you need to do is ditch the drugs first and foremost. and ease into some regular carido, the intensity and amount varying depending on your current fitness level. besides cardio, you'll have to also start a regular weight training routine to build that muscle, focusing on every major muscle group. and last, but definitely not least, its inevitable- the diet has to be cleaned up. nothing extreme since youre exercising, but youve got to eat 'clean' foods, monitor portions, and not cheat very often.
how do things look on those fronts at the moment? what are you doing besides the metabolife and pushups, etc, if anything? |

| | i'm not really doing anything else.
i don't really eat "meals", i eat sporadically when i feel like it. mostly snack foods. i do tend to eat right before i go to bed, which i know is really bad. i don't want to starve or wear myself out. i just want these few extra pounds gone. |

| | | Are you not doing any cardio? Start running. If you hate running, join a gym and do the elliptical, take kickboxing classes, anything that's really intense cardio. That will help burn calories and help your metabolism. |

| | | Walk 1 mile today, run 1 mile tomorrow, run 1 mile the next day, take the next day off, run two miles the next day, run two miles the next day, and so on ....
By the end of the first two weeks, you should be running three miles in twenty-five minutes or less, and you'll get really skinny.
Eat carbs and very little fat, drink shit tons of water and don't drink soda.
Also, don't eat sweets or fast food. Try to eat 2,000 calories a day max.
I lost a lot of weight once this way. So long as you don't KEEP losing weight after you don't need to, this is the way to go. |
