| | | It really depends on genetics as to how and where your body stores fat reserves.
Best to get an overall body workout. Spot targeting fat is a myth.
A quick buttock exercise would be to face a wall for support and lift you leg backwards. Repeat with other. You could add some ankle weights and increase the reps after a bit. A better one would be a stair stepper. |

| | | Walk on the treadmill at a moderate speed -- 3-4 mph -- but with the incline as far up as it'll go. You'll be working as hard as someone jogging on a flat treadmill, and the incline is great for your butt. You can increase the size of your butt by building up the muscle under it. Do squats and lunges (and add a leg lift -- just lift a leg straight behind you after you come up -- to make them more challenging). Getting on all fours, sticking one leg out behind you, and lifting that leg up and down is good. Also yoga -- specifically sun salutations -- is good for your butt. |

That really stretches the area. |

I watch Inhale with Steve Ross. It's wild watching him do a warrior pose and then proceed to lean over from it and rest the side of his face on the floor. |
