| Walk on the treadmill at a moderate speed -- 3-4 mph -- but with the incline as far up as it'll go. You'll be working as hard as someone jogging on a flat treadmill, and the incline is great for your butt. You can increase the size of your butt by building up the muscle under it. Do squats and lunges (and add a leg lift -- just lift a leg straight behind you after you come up -- to make them more challenging). Getting on all fours, sticking one leg out behind you, and lifting that leg up and down is good. Also yoga -- specifically sun salutations -- is good for your butt. |
