From what I can gather, you mostly ensure your diet is typically healthy (I'm guessing it means cutting down on junk food/chocolate and making sure you have 5 a day), and then just adding the honey thing.
Supposedly it flushes out your liver.
I'm unsure how it works exactly, I read it in New Woman (or something like that) whilst sitting bored at work one day, heh. But they claimed it works so I did some googleing, and most people seem to advocate it.
I don't want to buy the book though
