Supposedly colonics get rid of a lot of weight pretty instantly, but no one notices when you lose weight from inside your intestines. |

Doesn't it depend on your weight to begin with, I mean if you're a reasonable weight to begin with surely its going to be more difficult to shed the weight |

| | | kat for your height and weight (or lack thereof) it would not be healthy to lose such a huge amount in one week. a healthy weight loss for one week is about 0.5kg - 1kg. if you lose it that quick, you'll gain it back just as quick
p.s. soup and exercise and at least 2-3 litres of water a day. avoid salty foods. lots of fresh druit and vegetables |

IT IS NOT HEALTHY TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST
one should never diet. one should change their lifestyle if they want it to be for life |

the idea isnt to lose weight and keep it off and get healthy yadda yadda. but to see if i can. its me being competitive. for my height/frame i can afford to weigh as little as 43 without being under weight. so 5kg are just excess weight to shed anyway. im just going to give it a go and see how it turns out. so soup, low carb, vegetables and moderate exercise (because im plain lazy)
let you know how it goes. |

| | | I agree with Germs. Losing weight fast is not healthy. Besides you didn't gain that weight in a week or two. the best way to lose weight is to consult a doctor especially for people under the age of 18.

| | | if that's all you're going to do you may want to consider moderate exercise twice a day. probably 2 twenty minute jogs. |

Besides, the show makes more money the less time they spend feeding/housing the cast, so they're going to have them lose weight as fast as possible to wrap up filming. That doesn't mean it's at all healthy or desirable. |
