I do. Sometimes I will watch Blondie or Placebo...something energetic (videos only, no chaterbox). Often I will also watch stuff like Downtown 81 (features lots of music), which is interesting because I've caught small bits I never noticed before.

I have this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...v=glance&n=130
I think even though it's talk on the next one, there's plenty to entertain. I want.

I was just asking myself this same question the other night.

Yes, i do. I watched Babes one night and the past two nights I've been watching Dresden Dolls.

yes, i used to workout along to exercise dvds but most of the instructors annoy me (no one wants to hear you squeal or complain) so i memorized the routines and do them along to live concert dvds mostly. polvo, the gossip, sonic youth, & unwound are in my current rotation. i do stretching to my bloody valentine videos.

i was making a joke about how i look older than i am, no anger involved. i see nothing negative about being late 30s. i wish i was, i would have gotten to see all of those bands in their prime.

i dont do this, but its a GREAT idea!

some bands have more energy than i can even fathom. theyre better than endurance athletes! lol!

some great ones:

depeche mode-devotional. holy shit this is one of the MOST energetic shows/dvds ive ever seen. just insane. and an awesome show because of it.

red hot chili peppers- live@slain castle. must i say more? its the chili peppers! also try off the map.

pearl jam- touring band 2000 or live@the garden. always very high energy and punky. eddie's gonna get you going for sure!
