does anyone work out while watching music DVDs?
i need some striaght music dvd's or vcr tapes to work out to. i dont want talk or behind the scenes shit i just want to work out while being entertained visually and aurally. im so frustrated trying to find stuff!

I do. Sometimes I will watch Blondie or Placebo...something energetic (videos only, no chaterbox). Often I will also watch stuff like Downtown 81 (features lots of music), which is interesting because I've caught small bits I never noticed before.

which blondie dvd is videos only? i hate chatter! i tried to watch the no doubt dvd and inbetween each video is TALk

yuck who cares what they think? i need to rock out
