| | | does anyone work out while watching music DVDs? i need some striaght music dvd's or vcr tapes to work out to. i dont want talk or behind the scenes shit i just want to work out while being entertained visually and aurally. im so frustrated trying to find stuff!

| | | yes, i used to workout along to exercise dvds but most of the instructors annoy me (no one wants to hear you squeal or complain) so i memorized the routines and do them along to live concert dvds mostly. polvo, the gossip, sonic youth, & unwound are in my current rotation. i do stretching to my bloody valentine videos. |

some bands have more energy than i can even fathom. theyre better than endurance athletes! lol!
some great ones:
depeche mode-devotional. holy shit this is one of the MOST energetic shows/dvds ive ever seen. just insane. and an awesome show because of it.
red hot chili peppers- live@slain castle. must i say more? its the chili peppers!  also try off the map.
pearl jam- touring band 2000 or live@the garden. always very high energy and punky. eddie's gonna get you going for sure! |
