Do they work?
You see all those commercials for Diet/Weight loss pills such as TrimSpa, Hydroxycut, NV - Well my question is who has tried any of these or any weight loss pills, what were your results, what would you recomend, et?

Just wanted to add caffeine is ok. Caffeine combined with efedrine (or is is called something else in english?) is lethal.
You can still get efedrine in some places, but it's illegal here.
