At a guess, those sit ups you do from one side to the opposite knee. Does that make sense?

Bicycle crunches.

How do they do it? ALOT of hard work. If genetics are working against you, even harder work and they keep their bodyfat percentage low.

Agreed. I find nothing attractive about that much definition. I prefer abs that are just toned. Even a little flab looks better than that.
