so, as a child i was abnormally flexible due to 10 years of dancing 6 days a week, as well as horseback riding on the same schedule.
i've since lost alot of that flexibility, but know that with work i can bring it back. and i've read up online about contortion, and how it's possible for anyone to do it, regardless of age or flexibility level.
i've thought about doing it via the San Francisco Circus School, who offer professional contortion classes, but they're really expensive. and i know it's important to have someone spot you, when you're attempting more difficult moves, and i will.. BUT.
does anyone know of any good contortion or flexibility DVDs that i can start out with?
