| i dont know about the mini ones, but at my parents house as a kid we had a big huge trampoline in the backyard.. infact, it's still there. i just just jumped on it yesterday.
it's fun.. but tiring. after like 10-15 minutes of straight bouncing, you sort of dont have a choice but to drop.
i also dont know if it's effective for weight loss, but, when i was a cheerleader in high school (for like 3 months) we'd use the big trampolines to train on. it really helps with flexibility, toning, etc.
