I love tempeh!

Tempeh for background. It's really a grain that has lots of protien.
My current favorite: tempeh burgers, made like sloppy joes:
saute one onion in some olive oil
add one chopped green pepper and one
clove of garlic
add tempeh and brown
cover with a mixture of: 3/4 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons of mustard and one tablespoon brown rice vinegar.
Mix well until heated
Serve on hamburger buns, cover with cheese if you wish, and the regular hamburger toppings: mayo; or veganaise, relish, etc.
