| if you want to eat healthy/lose weight then you should be substituting the following things.
white rice > brown rice
any bread > wholewheat bread
pasta > wheat pasta
frosted cereal > wholewheat or bran cereals.
you should also try to eat more green veg and yams, sweet potatoes and oats (porridge in the morning).
but you'll never kick the suag rush unfortunatly, every couple of days I make myself have a bowl of sugary cereal, or a big whack of chocolate, something like that, so I'm not going insane craving it.
