hmm perhaps you need to write a schedule out of your work shifts and add in your study time and sleep time and social time and then see where you can add some exercise? even maybe just look at 30mins a day and swap every second day cardio and then weights on the other days.

during your work shifts make sure on your tea breaks you stretch yourself. find an empty office or go outside and just even bend over to touch your toes and hold it and then stretch your legs, rotate your ankles, stretch your calves and triceps and arms so that you are intergrating exercise into your very tigfht schedule.

if you have time for social stuff with friends (which sounds like you probably dont!) but if you do perhaps invite friends to go walking with you or to the gym with you insetad of the movies or somethign thats sedentary.

Yeah, I think this is what I'm gonna have to do... Surprisingly I do have fun, I live with a really cool gurl and we have a great time together - eventually when our schedules co-inside we'll be able to work out togethter but there's deffinatly plenty of socialising, not sure how we fit it in mind...
