you're talking about those intestine shower type things, right? i've heard that people lose 20 pounds after one of those. i can't imagine that much uhm...poo just hanging out inside of you. i'm not a fan of putting things in the out hole so i doubt i'd ever do this.

I'd like to know more about this - like doens't all the water displace the healthy fauna in your intenstines as well? I imagine doing multiple sessions would disrupt it even more, like douching. Wouldn't a cleanse do a much better job - even the Master Cleanser, or the two-week kits you get at the store to help flush your liver and such.

Although if you had a big event and wanted an ultra flat tummy, this would be the way to go right!?

If you've been anally pounded hard enough, by big enough objects (organs, pianos, rockets) then you can get some free hydrotherapy just by slipping into a swimming pool and bearing down. Thrifty tip of the day

surly even the biggest anal cavities have some kinda muscle contraction in swimming pool situations. because if not it's another turn off for attending public swimming pools.

ok.. i've done it. and not only was it not that great, but i really DONT enjoy having strangers stick things in my ass.

especially when they're forceful vietnamese ladies with long and sharp fake nails.

i wouldn't recommend it. if you're obsessed with ass cleaning, do colonix instead.
