I read one of Brookes threads, cant find it now. Decided to give it a try and it really is cool. Everyone should be cleaning out their colons! I cant tell you how happy i am that i got the courage to try it.

I thought it was generally for people in their late 30s and older and that teens and 20 somethings didnt need it? Im a bit stumped that everyone's in on it!!

you're talking about those intestine shower type things, right? i've heard that people lose 20 pounds after one of those. i can't imagine that much uhm...poo just hanging out inside of you. i'm not a fan of putting things in the out hole so i doubt i'd ever do this.
