I realised the other day I hardly eat any white carbs anymore... Not on purpose, just prefer brown bread/pasta/rice/pitta. Only white carb I eat is potato...

Just wondering what other people are into?

Whole grain. I particularly like the bread you can actually taste grain on...oh and sunflower seeds...mmm. Lunch time.

I don't eat any white carbs at all
I hate white bread...its so doughy

I used to refuse point blank to eat any wholegrain things when I was little, but now I really don't like white bread (except for sweet bready-things like jam on toast). I think that was partly because my mum used to go on about how much healthier wholewheat was and I'm stubborn. I use white flour though, because it's more neutral, and I dont know if I'd like wholewheat pasta. With pitta and things, I don't really mind but I tend to buy wholewheat if I can.
