Anyone starting a new diet for April?

I AM!

I did weight watchers in January to lose the christmas weight and it worked even though i didn't stick to it 100%. But now after many March birthdays and lots of cake i have gained back the christmas weight and then some!
So for april i am going to do weight watchers again with one day of detox a week and lots of swimming.

I want to lose 14 lbs or a stone by June so by May 1st i'd like to be on my way to that, weight watchers like for you to lose 2 lbs a week so that woud only be 8 lbs leaving me with 6 lbs more to lose in may.

I will keep this thread updated with how it goes, i am going to weigh myself every Monday morning.

Anyone else starting a new diet or fitness regime for April?

I'm starting a diet today, actually. A two week ketogenic diet. I hope to lose about 6 pounds (of fat) in total. For inspiration, I just remind myself that nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. And if that doesn't work, I look at fitness models till I puke up what I just ate.

Good luck to you both and remember to update.
