| | | Anyone starting a new diet for April? I AM!
I did weight watchers in January to lose the christmas weight and it worked even though i didn't stick to it 100%. But now after many March birthdays and lots of cake i have gained back the christmas weight and then some!
So for april i am going to do weight watchers again with one day of detox a week and lots of swimming.
I want to lose 14 lbs or a stone by June so by May 1st i'd like to be on my way to that, weight watchers like for you to lose 2 lbs a week so that woud only be 8 lbs leaving me with 6 lbs more to lose in may.
I will keep this thread updated with how it goes, i am going to weigh myself every Monday morning.
Anyone else starting a new diet or fitness regime for April? |

| | | I'm starting a diet today, actually. A two week ketogenic diet. I hope to lose about 6 pounds (of fat) in total. For inspiration, I just remind myself that nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. And if that doesn't work, I look at fitness models till I puke up what I just ate.
Good luck to you both and remember to update. |

and when I finally manage to get them started they never last for more than 2 days or so. so I guess I won't do any particular diets in April, just trying to eat less as usual |

My problem isn't the eating less in general, it's replacing what I normally eat (bad bad McDonals, Pizza Hut etc) with something a bit healthier!
I have a spa day coming up soon, so I wanna tone up a little bit before I have to reveal my delightful winter body to the world! |

my problem is that I can't resist chocolate and sweets but I found out that you don't even have to set them aside, if you only live chocolate and nothing else it kind of works lol
@lizzie: yeah I am registered there =) I'll pm you |

| | Yes.
I have put on 5 kg in the last 6-8 weeks. It's dreadful.
After years of being the same weight/size, I have shot up.
I know it's because I am now doing an office job and eating more.
So, in order to combat this I am...
running/resistance training 3 times at least a week and
eating lots of bananas
and lentils in soups etc
whole grain bread NOT
buying any chocolate. Easter will be very hard.
eating full fat icecream
eating any cakey/biscuit things at work
eating when bored
This really has to work. |

| | | Just started one a week ago. It's a one meal a day plan, which means I only eat one meal a day. Already lost 10 pounds.
Heres what I eat:
Brown rice
Steamed vegetables
Egg Whites
Oatmeal
A teaspoon of peanut butter if I get a sweet craving.
and drinking of course just water. |

| | | I want to start a diet and excersize plan but don't know how to go about it. It's hard giving up bad food. I think what I'm going to try to do is eat less and stop the midnight snacks lol. |
