yogurt is fermented and contains lactobacillus is it raw or not? if so, i bet i would have to get plain yogurt and then mix with raw honey adn berries or fruit. which sounds delicious!

the sprouting thing will also have to wait until i get some cheese cloth. grrrr
mmmm- sprouts
I used to love doing sprout duty in the restaurant each week
The smaller ones like alfalfa tend to rot faster so just be sure to keep rinsing and straining them about 2-3 times a day
The mung sprouts are the very best!
As soon as my kitchen is in working order again I need to get back into making them regularly

I'm so in awe of all of you who are committed to doing this raw foods diet
I wish I had the energy and the time

Anybody got a good vegetable smoothie(are they even called smoothies?) recipe?
I'm gonna try this again for the majority of my diet.

I've just been eating lots of fruit and vegetables.. I'm not sure if veg smoothies would be very nice i think you would need a juicer?? Apple and carrot is nice juiced not sure what it would be like in a smoothie maker. I hate my smoothie maker except for alcoholic drinks
Oh I am having the worst time...I have so much self control but I feel like slapping everyone around me I have never been asked so much if i wanted to go out for dinner and i do want to go i do but grrrrr...death to the non raw foodists...if im being completely honest I don't really find it to be the healthiest diet for me as it's just put me off food im like nibbling lol

That's the whole trouble. You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "Fuck you" right under your nose.” - J. D. Salinger
