I love my "vegetables+fruits only"-day 1x a week so much.
BUT:
I can eat tons and loads and tons of potatoes, beans, salads....any fruits... just anything, after like 2 hours i feel this hole in my stomach...

it's totally different when i have wheat products. i feel full, fine, everything's good.
i just always wondered - is this normal? can your accomodate your body?
how do the low-carb-disciples do it?
