Flabby Bits :(

I need help. I have finally got sick of my flabby bits on my hips and really want them gone! Please help, what exercises will be best to tackle the problem area? Also am quite a picky eater so healthy recipies are a nightmare for me to find

We're not clairvoyant, so if you'd post a list of your dislikes some might be able to help you out.

btw: you can't lose fat spotwise.

dislikes are
onion and everything that have chunks of onion, peppers, quite a lot of veg, kidney beans stuff like that

The main way to get rid of 'flab' is exercise. I have the same problem and I was told that dieting will not tone flab-only exercise. Reasearch into which excercises get rid of flab from specific areas. And decide which ones work for you, worked for me.
