I have no idea which version Courtney was on. My sister has lost 78 pounds in the last few months using the Isopure Zero Carb shakes, she cut out carbs and did cardio three times a week. She looks really good and it's making me want to try them. I don't see a difference with the mix, and the premixed only for some it's probably easier to carry around the premix than walk around with a packet of shake powder. I think i want to try the cookies & cream kind.

It's a powder you can buy on your own. You can either snort it or sprinkle it in a shake. You can get it on any street corner...
It also comes in a crystalized form that you can smoke. Just ask about the white rock.

omg! i am seriously going to get them this week. did she eat food at all? becuz my whole thing is that i don't want to have to eat and chew and swallow food anymore. i have a lot of problems. and i think just drinking shakes would be amazing! even if they tasted chalky or whatever. do you know how much it costs?

Each isopure shake contain approx 300 calories but no carbs. This is seriously bad for you..you may as well be on the atkins diet. Also some meals like breakfast and lunch I would not consider eating 300 calories, you are probably better eating a healthy balanced diet rather than substituting your food for something that is incredibly high in calories
