has anyone tried it???? I'm trying to eat better and I found quinoa......it can be a salad or a side dish........ummmmmmm..........what do you think?

What is it?

it's sort of like couscous. its pronounced keen-wa
i think its ok but i'm not big on it or anything. it is a healthy alternative to rice and other such stuff. also, you can eat quinoa raw sprouted i believe.

where can i get it?

It's really good for you. I hate it though, it makes me feel kinda ill. I'm sure plenty of people love it though. I quite like pre-made couscous so maybe it's just that I can't cook the quinoa properly myself.

You can get it from supermarkets... well, in the UK, at least. Or some health stores probably.
