| just cut out "bad carbs" and "bad fats" and have the good ones in "moderation"..just to fuction, y'know? eg. good carbs are high fibre and have slow energy release. Good fats having healing properties and can even help you loose weight (helps break down bad fat and cholesterol) eg. oily fish, nuts ect. Eating a small amount of the good calories is better than eliminating them altogether leaving you picky and grabbing bad alternatives...
