tips for sicking up your food . . .

this SERIOUSLY isnt ED stuff, HONESTLY
i know i always post about being fat blahblhablh but this ISNT ABOUT BEING bulimic,
so if you were going to sick up food, would you drink lots of water then wait? then try
or eat it then drink lots of water?
iv been feeling really ill recently and last night i vommed up mah sausages and it came out like perfectly as it went in just abit more slimey but today i vommed up some mash and it was really painful because i drank alot of water

yeah but sometimes it really hurts?
and sometimes its easy and its jsut the food comes up nice n easy but sometimes its loads of water and it burns and its annoying
i justy wanted the tips, not like HOW with your finger
like what to drink or not to drink to make it betteR?
like i dont want loads of splushy water
i just want the food i ate
and im NOT on a binge, it is just a normal meal

it DOES make a difference because yesterday it came up just fine
and today it was PAINFUL and watery and spluttery

i mean i used to make myself hurl when i got that omg-i'm-not-fun-drunk-anymore feeling. then you know, ten minutes later i could party again.

now i basically have to rub the back of my throat with four fingers for like ten minutes before i even wretch.

You need a diet change to stuff that doesnt upset your system. Be kind to yourself, which mean leave out junk that dont agree with you. Just during your fragile period. And chew thoroughly so no whole chunks come up, tsk,tsk

I think you are eating too fast. My tummy feels the same way. Like I'd be better just retching it up so I can relax and chill. NOT for ED purposes. I remember you making a thread about eating too fast. Either that, or you should see a doctor. Maybe yr stomach lining is messed up.

On a side night back in the Roman Era, they had vomitoriums. They would feast all day and make themselves throw up periodically in these special vomit places so they could continue with their feasting.
