tips for sicking up your food . . .

this SERIOUSLY isnt ED stuff, HONESTLY
i know i always post about being fat blahblhablh but this ISNT ABOUT BEING bulimic,
so if you were going to sick up food, would you drink lots of water then wait? then try
or eat it then drink lots of water?
iv been feeling really ill recently and last night i vommed up mah sausages and it came out like perfectly as it went in just abit more slimey but today i vommed up some mash and it was really painful because i drank alot of water
just before,

yeah but sometimes it really hurts?
and sometimes its easy and its jsut the food comes up nice n easy but sometimes its loads of water and it burns and its annoying
i justy wanted the tips, not like HOW with your finger
like what to drink or not to drink to make it betteR?
like i dont want loads of splushy water
i just want the food i ate
and im NOT on a binge, it is just a normal meal

it DOES make a difference because yesterday it came up just fine
and today it was PAINFUL and watery and spluttery
