LOL Wow, English television is brilliant! Though, I think the key word there is balanced, the experiment (?) brought in things other than just cheese and dairy. Yes, if your regular diet incorporates fresh veggies and other healthy foods, then it is more likely you will have a healthy body...and healthy *ahem* other stuff. I'm a vegan, wether it's talking about losing weight or just overall dietary health; I don't think dairy is good for a person. Though, if a person is going to consume dairy it should be in small portions. The thought of adding more portions of cheese to help weight lose...not so good. The thought of adding more calcium rich foods (that would include things other than just dairy) to a diet...good idea.
