I've always hated milk. To me, the taste is nasty as fuck. I only use milk for cereal, and even then, I only put in just a few spoonfulls just to moisten the cereal. Even though I don't think it helps with any signif. weight loss, it's good cause it has vitamin D and calcium.

I stick to soy milk otherwise

i agree with this. i really do not like milk and the only way i ever drink it (and very rarely, maybe once or twice a year) is skim in cereal any other way seriously makes me ill to even think about.

soy freaks me out unless its the actual beans so i have never been keen on soy milk. i recently discovered almond milk and am loving it with raisin bran so probably no more real milk.

I've only ever seen almond milk in beauty products. Sounds good though.

almond milk is next to soy milk and rice milk in most grocery stores. it comes in several flavors - i've seen original, vanilla, and chocolate. i seem to recall seeing strawberry as well. it is also about half the calories of skim milk
