quinoa



has anyone got any good recipes for quinoa? i tried it as a porridgey thing & don't really like it, but i want to eat ti because i know it's good for me. does anybody have it in a really tasty way they'd like to share?

Boil it with a vegetable stock cube and it tastes delic. Its also nice to have with bolognese, or quorn.

i tried it for the first time yesterday (and tempeh) with some baked veggies and tortillas.
