red bull light - shitty for your health?

is Red Bull Light really that bad for you? because im planning on drinking a few in order to stay up nd study for my exam tomorrow. i'm all groggy.
its just bad for your heart over months of drinking it, right?

Yeah... I think you'll be fine. I know folks who drink the quad-size cans of those energy drinks daily and they're not too fucked up...

But then again, so is everything in the world.
