| weight loss around mid-section? Hey there.
I've been doing a modified vegetarian version of the South Beach Diet recently, and I've been exercising on my stationary bike about 5 times a week, and so far I've lost about 10 pounds (in about 3 weeks). I've noticed though that the weight loss is mainly my lower half, and I'm really interested in losing weight around my mid-section/waist. Do you guys know of any exercises that are good for that? Also, any good websites for exercise tips?
