ok, well i have a decent amount of experience in diet/ fitness, but the problem is, i kind of lose objective when it comes to myself. i havent weighed myself in YEARS, through flucuations, and hence i have no idea how much / how quick weight can go on and come off.
i want to ask you guys, those of you who have actual successfull experience, is it possible to SAFELY lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks?? through diet and exercise? im willing to dedicate lets say 1.5 hours to working out 4 or 5 times a week and work on a reasonable calorie level, kind of low for a bit if need be lets say like 1200. i dont want to do ANYTHING extreme or crash diet - like though. is this reasonable for someone willing to work hard?? you dont need to be wishy washy with me, if somethign feels extreme or unreasonable i'll stop doing it, but i want honesty and some striaght up adivce that you know works/ doesnt work.
after the holidays, and drawn out illness, plus some extra i was packing to start with, i need to lose about 20 pounds, eye balling it.
if it helps in your advice i'm b/w 5'1" and 5'2" and spprox 125 now. i need to be back to about 105 where i was. since i'm kind of petite i think maybe i can't burn it off as fast... what do you think?
and if you're gonna warn me that being candid like this on
KR is a huge mistake... yeah i know, im risking it with this prior knowledge in mind
