if one doesn't want orange juice, then one can have a freaking vitamin&energy boost-filled smoothie. Many diets replace breakfast with fruit juice or smoothies. The word "ludicrous" rubbed me the wrong way, it is not like i am saying fruit juice is healthier and better than a breakfast but it is sufficient enough to start your day on, and only 3 or so hours later you will eat your lunch anyway. It is just not
THAT incredibly unhealthy a choice as some people make it out to be. I am also not saying having fruit juice is better than the breakfast recal suggested. I am just commenting on whether having juice or smoothie for breakfast is "ludicrous" or not.
