when you cook dinner try to save something for the next day. Salads also make a good lunch if you add some nuts or things that will give you energy and make feel full

Since I cooking for one most of the time, I usually take the leftovers to work for lunch. To break the monotny of the same food, have a sandwich every once in a while and then switch it back up. Also buy some salad mix. I think that salads are the one of the foods that you just can't get tired of. They are just sooo good.

i usually take my lunch. i dont do anything too special, just a sandwich, a water or diet pepsi or some other drink, and a snack. its much better than having to waste money on food everyday!

my tuna sandwiches are the biz. I have a whole can of tuna per sandwich.

also, my original tip is the smoothie. Chuck some banana's or other fruit, chuck in some milk then (this is the secret ingredient) a few tablespoons of dried milk powder (it's really really high in protein) and blend up. now you have a big container that has your healthy carbs, protein and nutrients to take to work. brilliant for long days when one lunch won't do or days where you don't get a lunch because while most places won't let you munch while working most will let you drink something.

i like to make skillet dinners to bring the leftovers for lunch. last night i made one with red beans, rice, tomato sauce, tomato chunks, and mixed veggies. i thought it sounded bland at first but it's yummy.

I rarely dont take my own lunch to work. Either the day before i'll make something i can reheat in the microwave (tomorrow its a vegetable stir fry) or else either myself or my mum makes an extra meal and freezes it so i can defrost and reheat at work.

i am trying to get into the habit of bringing my lunch with me to uni. otherwise i waste so much money, it's pathetic. uni food is expensive, and not particularly good.
