Question Fruit2o

Does anyone know anything about how much better Fruti2o is for you? I have been drinking it a lot lately (quit drinking pop/soda)

If you have tried Fruit2o, try the grape - it's delicious!

ingredient for the fruit2o grape:

Ingredients: PURIFIED WATER, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF NATURAL FLAVOR, TARTARIC ACID, MALIC ACID, SUCRALOSE AND ACESULFAME POTASSIUM (SWEETENERS), SODIUM BENZOATE AND POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVE FRESHNESS).

ewwww. to answer your question, fruit2o is pretty much diet soda without the carbon dioxide. better? depends what you consider good. it doesn't really matter which you have; they both contain no sugar and a bunch of artificial crap.

besides, flavored water is ridiculous. why not just buy a bottle of concentrate at the same price as one bottle of the watered-out crap?

or just squeeze some goddamn lemon in your water.

Totally. I agree and I don't get it. But why people are crazy about it?

I like fruit20. I usually get a bottle whenever I go to CVS. It's mostly splenda-sweetened instead of aspartame-sweetened (like normal diet coke), so if you are one of the people who thinks aspartame will give you brain damage then fruit20 would be an alternative. It also doesn't have caffiene, which means it works better at hydrating you. Overall, though, I don't see how it's much healthier.

i drink so much water that i know it can get boring but if you want flavor there are much healthier alternatives
though they are getting harder and harder to find these days even the natural ones are sweetened usually lately
there is one brand of non-carbonated non- sweetened flavored water i can still find
they used to have it at the grocery stores and kmart but now its only at the natural food store at 3x the price
its called aqua extra they have 4 different varieties
its just water, natural flavor and vitamins
i don't know if their website is working or not
its le-natures.com
or phone # 800- 542- 8333 if you are in the US and want to try to find it
the only flavor they have i don't like is the peach mango
but my friend who hates water liked it

You can also get those crystal light on the go things. They're no healthier than flavored water, but if you put the packet into a one liter bottle instead of 16 oz like you're supposed to, it still tastes much better than regular water and it's healthier than the undiluted version.

I think they did something with it and now it seriously tastes like you're eating the actualy fruit. But yeah, artificial sweeteners are totally bad for you and they don't help you lose weight, if anything they maintain/make you gain some.

Funny because the CVS always has it on sale and my dad likes to take a
bottle to work with him. Aquafina makes one called Flavor Splash and it's
sweetened with splenda, too. I like them both, actually.
My son won't drink any of that, just regular plain water Publix brand.
