- 1 cup of sliced cabbage
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 80g. of pork, sliced (or any meat will do)  |

- 1 tbsp of yakisoba sauce
- 1 tbsp of barbecue sauce
- 1 packet of udon noodles (200g) or the same amount of egg noodles
- a dash of soy sauce and a bit of pepper
- some japanese mayonnaise to serve (optional)  |

stir fry for about 1-2 minutes
until the pork is browned all over  |

all this makes about 2 plates of noodles. so if youre on your own you can have second, if youre not youll have to share. which sucks. |

| | | oh yeah, i forgot to say that if you cant find the yakisoba sauce, just use double the barbecue sauce and add a bit more soy because the barbecue sauce is a bit sweeter than the yakisoba sauce. but theyre quite easy to find, any asian shop will most likely have it. |
