- 1 tbsp of yakisoba sauce
- 1 tbsp of barbecue sauce
- 1 packet of udon noodles (200g) or the same amount of egg noodles
- a dash of soy sauce and a bit of pepper
- some japanese mayonnaise to serve (optional)
steam the carrot for about 1 minute on high in a microwave. i find that if you dont precook the carrot, it will take forever to fry and everything else will turn to mush.
