i'm all into combat conditioning at the moment.
there are a few matt furey vids up on youtube which get me motivated.
you don't need weights or gym equipment, just your own body movement is enough to give yourself a good workout. trust me, a few dozen hindu squats and you've given yourself a great lower body workout in a few minutes. i'm working on the bridging. i have a fear i'll snap my neck while trying the wall walking but i can get farther down each time i try it.
can't believe how flexible that guy is. one day i will be able to keep up with the vids, lol...but maybe not for a while now. i'm only doing the vids every second day. i need that one day in between to recover.
