I've been a vegetarian since I was 7, which is 14 years now, eep! I don't have any problems not eating meat but I was a vegan for about a year a couple of years ago and I did find it hard to stick to, mainly because I was really lazy and unhealthy with it and just ended up eating instant noodles and pasta and sauce every day.

This thread, however, has really inspired me to go vegan again as there's a lot of good receipe ideas/food substitutes listed. Thanks
