I won a $200 gift card for lady footlocker at the work Christmas party and I really want to invest it in some decent shoes to exercise in as all my other shoes are like wimpy cheap canvas or too heavy to really run any distance in.

any recommendations for good shoes? brands? post links....I've been looking around online for two hours and I don't know when sneakers became so butt ass ugly in colors and designs, some I'd be embarrassed to be seen wearing

my gym trainers are chavvy k swiss trainers!
they have little pink bits on (naturally!) and are v comfortable

I've been using Nike Shox running shoes for walking. I tried walking shoes but the Shox seem better on my feet. They also look nice.
