| | | McDonalds chips are all i want when i have a hangover. And hashbrowns.
I'm not sure what helps aside from greasy stuff. Probably lots and lots of water and dry toast or crackers. Same as when you have a non alcohol induced upset stomach. |

| | | Try having some tea (black tea). I find that settles my stomach when hungover pretty well.
A small piece of dry toast is also usually pretty safe and it gets rid of the discomfort of an empty stomach.... |

| | | I'm hungover right now and I am undecided on what to buy when I head out to the shops soon. I'm thinking that I'll just eat a giant packet of doritos today. I know it's not the best nutrition but it is what I want. |

| | | don't eat anything if you can't and aren't hungry. just drink water, coke, juice... eventually you will get hungry and then it's time for hamburgers, pizza, bacon etc... |

What about some Berocca?

| | | am i the only one who actually thinks grease helps? for me, the worse the hangover, the more grease i need!!!
a nice sampler platter from denny's usually does the trick for me...fries, onion rings, mozzerella sticks, chicken fingers....i usually get a side of nachos too. i love being hungover, it gives me an excuse to eat like shit, cuz i never eat that much or that bad any other time. |

but black coffee, a hell of a lot of it.
If you can drink some before you go to sleep too, that usually means i'm gonna be alright when i wake up |

| | | you need to eat food with vitamin c in it to replace all the vitamin c you lost, it will help you feel better. and don't drink anything with caffiene in it! it just makes a hangover worse because it speeds up the chemical reaction | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
