hangover food

WHAT FOODS ACTUALLY HELP A HANGOVER
i alwasy get a really horrible tummy after a drink a little too much.......
its all gurgley and weak
eating big meals with grease and chips makes my hangover a squillion times worse


help me now please

but i guess that's classed as a big meal with grease and chips, so I dunno

McDonalds chips are all i want when i have a hangover. And hashbrowns.

I'm not sure what helps aside from greasy stuff. Probably lots and lots of water and dry toast or crackers. Same as when you have a non alcohol induced upset stomach.

Try having some tea (black tea). I find that settles my stomach when hungover pretty well.
A small piece of dry toast is also usually pretty safe and it gets rid of the discomfort of an empty stomach....
