peppermint tea and some crackers or toast. nothing greasy or heavy. lots of water.

loads of water and vitamin C pills before bed.

loads of juice (w/ vitamin C) when you wake up and eggs! protein seems to help a lot.

grease isn't really your friend tho we all seem to crave it for some reason. i always go eggs and potatoes. damn that sounds good now...

oh and pepto bismol helps when my tummy is completely out of wack.

and if you don't mind it, weed is amazing for stopping the puke.

the hair of the dog thing doesn't truly work. it's a temp relief becuz hey, you're getting drunk again. but the reason you're hungover is because your liver is trying to get rid of the poisons. if you put more alcohol in, it just makes your liver work harder and you'll be sicker for it later (unless you are between the age of 18-24, of course i never got a hang over during this time).
