| | | i've tried it. i used it alongside a healthy eating plan and found that i lost about 1lb a week more than i would normally do when just doing the healthy eating plan.
about 3 weeks into taking it though i think my body got fed up with it as i just couldn't get the pills down (they're damm big) and gave up taking it the end as i was just gagging on them and throwing them away.
