My salads consist of-
romaine or spring mix lettuce
mozzerella or cheddar cheese (i tend to like white cheese better)
grape tomatoes
cucumbers
sliced turkey and ham, or grilled chicken
raspberry vinegrette
cottage cheese on the side of the salad bowl with the dressing drizzled over it
