so,she makes it every day and says it helps her 'put her jeans easier'
so,i wonder,if it's really true?

| | | Hi
A physical trainer I had said I should drink water with lemon juice first thing in the morning, it cleans you out and helps your intestines be ready to absorb nutrition throughout the day. Otherwise, we keep eating to get that nutrition, never do, and get fat instead.
So I figure any citrus will do. I figure that's why orange juice and grapefruit is a breakfast thing.
I still need to get into this habit. It's getting cold so I usually go for hot tea in the moning. Maybe I'll try lemon juice in it next time.
Grapefruit juice is yummy. |
