i mean, "lose 5 lbs in one day"? that is RIDICULOUS. i can lose 5 lbs in one day too, it's called not eating. you lose only water weight, and it is back within a day or two. if you keep it up, you will fuck up your metabolism, and the second you start eating normal food again, you will GAIN WEIGHT.
drinking some kind of magic hollywood ballz juice will NEVER make you lose weight permanently. EVER.
you all already know this, though. permanent lifestyle changes. diet and exercise. use more energy than you eat. etc etc etc.
i'm sure the dirty nurse will back me up on this, but you really just need to listen to your COMMON SENSE. dig deep, it is there.

From what I hear it seems like overpriced prune juice. You're not going to lose 5 lbs in fat or muscle in one day, obviously you're just dehydrating. And a)dehydrating doesn't make you look smaller, b)it impedes real weight loss because being hydrated is necessary for your metabolism and energy level, and c)you'll gain it all back when you start drinking/eating regularly.
It cracks me up the way they name these things. Hollywood diet? No one in hollywood is using this diet. They are paying trainers and nutritionists thousands of dollars, not buying as-seen-on-TV juice. And yet people think it's glamorous to drink this stuff. |

I donno, the reason I asked is because I've heard 100 people say it sucks, and I've heard 100 people say it's the shit. I couldn't possibly imagine how it could work (other than dropping water weight), but at the same time - a lot of people seem psyched about it.
