I'm turning 16 in April.. I'm STILL 5'6! It feels like I've been the same height for so long.. I wait months and then go check again, hoping to be suprised but no.. still 5'6. When do guys usually stop growing? Is there anything I can take to help it? Anything I might be taking that's NOT helping it?

get an xray of your knees. years ago my doctor took an xray of my knees and there was a line going across them on the xray. He said that the line isn't there at birth and that it slowly extends across the knee and when it reaches the other side it means that you are done growing for the most part.

All those pills won't help. I know alot of people who had massive growth spurts between 16-18 though
