i just got some a few days ago... it definitely works for decreasing your appetite. i'm not sure how it works for weight loss in the long run, but i assume if it works to decrease your appetite it should help with weight loss. has anyone else successfully lost weight with it? how much weight, how long did it take, etc.

i was around 230lbs at the beginning of this year. today i'm 145lbs. by 2007 i hope to be ATLEAST 130lbs.

throughout my entire diet trimspa has always been the #1 thing that i've always made sure to have, I can't diet without it. I have the most insane appetite ever usually but I always take trimspa everyday and It helps me to make sure all the food I take is the healthiest and best I can possibly consume. if your problem is appetite, trimspa will fix it. that's the main thing trimspa is designed for : appetite suppressing. but it DOES have ingredients for fat burning and energy so it's an overall everything diet pill, it just happens to focus on one area the most.

i started out using trimspa, hollywood diet & slimfast products.

right now today my diet consists of a healthy eating plan, exercise and Trimspa, NV & Flush the Fat with Internal Flush.

Trimspa is my favorite, it has so many ingredients in it and it's really helped me. I always used to take the maximum daily amount which is 6 but now I take 4 trimspa with 2 NV's. NV is very similiar to Trimspa in marketing, package design and everything but it's actual ingredients are a bit different. It has 2 fat burners and 1 appetite suppressant. Then it has a big list of beauty enchaning ingredients (hair, skin & nails). Then it has ingredients for energy, some ingredients which are included in most energy drinks.

but basically it's all about what you want in a diet pill. do you feel as if you need help with your appetite so you won't eat as much? do you need energy to exercise? do you want to increase your metabolism to burn more fat? do you want to cleanse your colon and get rid of excess nastyness?

I just want an appetite suppressant and fat burner. So I guess trimspa is what I need then. Thanks.
