All the other diet threads have disappeared, so I'll hop on board this one. I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to go about it, but anything will be better than what I'm eating these days.
Current weight: 127lbs / 58kg
I'd like to be more like 119lbs / 53kg. I'm actually surpised by how little I've gained recently with all the crap I've been eating. |
