weight today: 68kg.

Haha, diets always start on Monday.

All the other diet threads have disappeared, so I'll hop on board this one. I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to go about it, but anything will be better than what I'm eating these days.

Current weight: 127lbs / 58kg

I'd like to be more like 119lbs / 53kg. I'm actually surpised by how little I've gained recently with all the crap I've been eating.

i know extreme diets dont work..

Not I! But I've started running (more) as I need to be fitter for sports purposes. I walk for hours a day (on average) but it just isn't the same.

I read somewhere recently that weight loss results seem to be 20% thru watching what you are eating and 80% from the increased physical activity and calorie burning exercise

i need to lose at least 20lbs, 12lb of that is pregnancy weight. i would like to lose more but realistically i doubt i will. i can't do serious dieting cos i'm breastfeeding i'm just trying to be careful what i eat and get more exercise.

it's disheartening at the moment, i gained 23lbs with the pregnancy and lost 14 of that at the birth, then it stayed on the same damn number for weeks but is now creeping up, i've gained about 3lbs or so since the birth so i dont know wtf is up with that. bfing is suppposed to use up about 500 calories a day and i'm eating about 1800 so wtf?

so, is anyone losing weight?

i'm not, it sucks breastfeeding makes me so hungry all the time my stomach is always growling. but i am eating healthily and exercising when i can fit it in - in the evenings i do 20min on the rebounder and then 30min pilates which is pretty lame i know. gotta go push the sprogs in the pushchair now, our high street is a big hill so surely that's got to burn some calories?!

i hope more people come back to this thread - we can give each other moral support

For the people who are dieting, what do you eat? I need to loose weight too (about 15 pounds). I put on lots of weight due to eating junk from the trucks on campus and eating because I'm stressed.
