I do flight all the time too and sometimes my body just can't take it anymore. As you guys I felt the same way last week. I stayed at home drinking hot drinks and eating light portions.
My favorite one : mixing Lemon Juice, hot water and tons of honey. It really works! I also recommend you to have soup, all kind of soup. It's healthy, very nutritive and it cleans your body
