It makes me want to abuse laxatives. The pain only lasts for 20 seconds and when it's all out I feel so happy and I know I'm thinner.

I would feel embarrassed about buying too many laxatives in a shop. What are some natural laxatives? I know moldy yoghurt does it. Is there something better though?

Not that I'm going to make a habit of it, but just if I needed to what could I use?

fruit is a natural laxative and so is fiber, laxative abuse is a really bad idea though.

having diarrhea doesn't make you thinner. It just mean theres nothing in your intestines
