| i did it for a short period. it was interesting. i never did it "properly" though to get the full effects. like i never covered my head during the sessions, or i wouldnt fast before hand.
i dont think i would do it again, sometimes the breathing exercises would leave me light headed (also, it wasnt a beginners class, i just got thrown into the mix with people who had been practicing for years.)
