plate 1: wheat flour
plate 2: stirred up, salted + peppered egg... or spice here any way you want.
plate 3: breadcrumbs
3) toss chops in the ^^ above order through the above things mentioned.
4) fry in hot oil, in a pan. |

I usually combine step one and two and make sort of an batter with egg and flour and seasoning sometimes a little water. Also, I usually use the chicken tenderloin strips so i don't have to mess around cutting chicken in peices and trying to keep them the same size.
This is my sons favorite home cooked meal ever and those ones in the store are gross. full of chicken lips and assholes.

instead of wheat flour you can also use gram flour... gives an extra bit of yumminess.  |
