i swear every girl i know has tried the cabbage soup diet. i think it's actual name is the sacred heart diet? maybe? i can't remember. i just know that it involved eating this random soup with lots of cabbage in it and each day you were allowed to eat some other random things like bananas or steak. i don't think anyone i know actually ever did it for the entire week so i have no idea if it actually worked.

another one i remember doing when i was about 16 was the 2/4/6/8 diet where you eat 200 calories the first day, then 400 the next and so on.

I tried this diet where you didn't eat anything.
It didn't work.

I read in 'New York' magazine that they sell this seaweed stuff that you ingest and it grows in your stomach so you feel full.
Imagine what that smells like on its way out?

i think the atkins diet sucks, becasue its unhealthy for your heart/liver in the long-run.

i just got off of this, i lost 17 lbs. it's so hard though omg ive never wanted fruit so badly. and i was always tired and falling asleep everywhere

ive done atkins. it works, but its hard as hell to stay on.

the chocolate diet .. i don't know much about it but the name made me think okay this can't be healthy!!

Ugh the cabbage soup diet was so vile! My farts were the vilest of the vile!!

I did a similar one with just eating grapefruit, i didnt smell as bad but i felt just as sick.

5 or 6 years ago I worked at a place and maybe 7 or 8 of us did the 'special K' diet. Its on the side of the box or used to be. two bowls for breakfast and lunch.. then a normal dinner. something like that.

it worked, just drove you completely insane from the blandness..

Special K diet only works if you have a BMI over 25, the disclaimer is on the pack.
I did the "3 apples and a dinner" a day diet. I was at my skinniest ever but I found concentration hard at school so I had to give it up.
